Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD) is one of the world’s busiest airports and is the city’s main international airport. Train service to downtown departs every hour, with a one-way fee of $2.25, and travel time is 45 minutes. Take the train to the Clark/Lake train stop and either walk 6 blocks east or taxi from there to the host hotel for $5. A taxi from O’Hare directly to the Hyatt Regency is approximately $50 and depending on traffic can take between 45 minutes – 1.5 hours. For more information, visit www.ohare.com.
Midway International Airport (MDW) serves primarily as a domestic airport as well as providing limited service to Canada. This airport is closest to the city center and is also serviced by the city’s mass transit lines. Train service to downtown departs every hour from this airport, with a one-way fee of $2.25, and travel time is 25 minutes. Take the Orange Line to the State/Lake train stop and walk east for 6 blocks or taxi from there to the host hotel for $6.
