✈️ Before You Travel

Make sure you're prepared for your journey to Spain.

Entry requirements vary depending on your nationality and travel documents. We encourage all attendees to review the latest passport, visa, and entry information before departure.

☀️ Sevilla at a Glance

A little preparation goes a long way!

Time Zone: Central European Time (CET, UTC+1) in November.

Language: Spanish is the official language. Even a few simple phrases can help you connect with locals.

Currency: Euro (€). Credit cards are widely accepted, although carrying some cash can be helpful.

Weather: Expect pleasant daytime temperatures averaging around 68°F (20°C), with cooler evenings around 48–50°F (9–10°C). Pack layers, comfortable walking shoes, and a light rain jacket or umbrella.

Dress Code: Business casual throughout the Convention, including opening and closing night events.

Your Badge Is Your Access Pass

Convention badges are required for entry to all official events, including educational sessions, lunches, and evening receptions. Please keep your badge with you throughout the Convention.

Marketplace

Our two-day Buyer/Supplier Marketplace connects tourism professionals through pre-scheduled appointments based on mutual business interests.

Suppliers remain at their designated tables while buyers move between appointments.

Spouse & Partner Program

Registered spouses and partners are welcome to attend the opening and closing receptions. Educational sessions, lunches, and other on-site programming are not included in this registration category.

For each action you complete, you will be automatically awarded points.

Climb your way to the top of the leaderboard as you post photos, scan in at booths, and attend sessions.
