Please Note:

  • There is a Non-Member Fee of 750 USD (For details about becoming an IGLTA Member business, click here.)
  • Convention registration is per person & pricing varies based on the size of the business. Small  (1-10 Employees) | Large  (11+ Employees)
  • The total purchase price is USD. IGLTA is not responsible for credit card foreign transaction fees charged by your bank. (View Exchange Rates )
  • Cash (USD) or major credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/American Express) will be accepted on-site; no checks or money orders, please.
  • Convention registration includes the Opening/Closing Reception, 2 days of education/networking & lunches.
  • Early Discounted Rates ended on 5/31/2026
  • Special Rates apply for owned businesses based and operated in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. Bundle rates do not apply to any additional suppliers or attendees already receiving this special rate.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Before May 15th : 20% penalty (based on registration fee paid, refund may take up to 30 days to process)
  • After May 15th but before October 31st : 50% penalty (based on registration fee paid, refund may take up to 30 days to process)
  • After October 31st  : 100% (No refund)

PHOTOGRAPHY RELEASE

Attendee acknowledges that IGLTA has the irrevocable right to use recordings or photography of any kind which have been produced within the framework of the IGLTA Convention and Voyage, for its own purposes. By participating in the IGLTA Convention and/or Voyage, Attendee grants IGLTA a royalty-free license to take photographs, video, and other images of Attendee's exhibits or other means of participation in the IGLTA Convention and/or Voyage, and to use such photographs and images for any reason whatsoever without compensation to the Attendee.
